The Exchange itself is being supported by a number of individuals and
organisations and support will be continually sought to maintain the links already made.
A return trip for Aboriginal people to visit Africa is planned for 1999.
Individuals and organisations that support the Interactive Documentary are given a presence which details
their contribution.
Most initiatives put Supporter’s and Contributor’s logos on materials but the point of difference at
whoseland.com is that they are given a voice also. With support and contribution comes a publication
of the reasoning behind it.

Pilotlight
"I'm delighted that Pilotlight has been able to support this initiative, bringing together people who have been evicted from their traditional lands on opposite sides of the
globe. I have to believe there will have been mutual support and benefit gained by both
sides as they continue their fight to reassert their historic claims across two
continents, half a world apart"
Paul Jackson, Controller of BBC Entertainment and Trustee of Pilotlight

Reichstein Foundation
"The Reichstein Foundation has a strong commitment to Aboriginal communities in their struggle for land
rights. We believe that reconciliation will only occur when we resolve this issue. The African delegation will
contribute to this ongoing dialogue which will also assist white Australians to understand its importance."
Jill Reichstein, Executive Director Lance Reichstein Foundation.

Robert Champion de Crespigny
"Native title is an issue of great sensitivity and importance around the world. Australians should
share their experience of working to recognise and respect Native Title and hear from others abroad on how land
use and land title issues are being addressed as a community."

BRUNSWICK GROUP
"The importance of the Africa/Australia Exchange is that it extends well beyond any individual area. It has helped connect and empower people and give them a voice that should be heard as the international debates on land rights and dispossession continue. It has been groundbreaking in its thinking and the terrific support it received in Australia has hopefully not only advanced the debate in that country but critically helped the African cause as well"
Alan Parker, Senior Partner, Brunswick Group Ltd
