People involved		Broome Nirrumbuk Aboriginal Corporation & Djaringo Pty. Ltd. The delegation got our first taste of Aboriginal traditional culture when we received a traditional welcome at Nirrumbuk. We were welcomed by Mary Tarran and entertained by a series of traditional and contemporary performing arts groups and in response gave a Maasai prayer and sang for the guests. After an exchange of gifts both communities enjoyed a barbecue that included the meat of a dugong killed by indigenous people especially for the occasion.
